A number of districts make up the District (Berkeley, Cam, Dursley, Slimbridge and Wotton-under-Edge). 1st Wotton Scout Group is part of Cotswold Vale District. Many things are organised by the district that benefit our group (training for leaders, joint activities, St George Day etc)! 

We are delighted that Andy will take over as District Commissioner with immediate effect.

Andy is new to this District but not to Scouting! He has been a Cub and a Scout and was awarded the Chief Scout’s Award in 1988 at Windsor Castle. He has taken part in the Cotswold Marathon and won the Sun Run! Andy also completed his Explorer Belt with a walk around Lake Annecy in the South of France during his Venture Scout years.
