Cool activities is what scouting is all about! There are many opportunities to be involved. Apart from your weekly meetings, there are:

  • Camps and trips with your beaver colony, cub pack or scout troop (camping, cooking, climbing, ropes course to name but a few)
  • Group activities (e.g. Family Camp, Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust conservation work, Remembrance Service & Parade, AGM with BBQ and games)
  • District activities (e.g. Swimming Gala, St George Day)
  • County activities [DON'T MISS OUT - BOOK EARLY]  Scuba diving, survival camps, sailing, canoeing, caving and much more don't miss out, you can sign up individually or with some of your fellow scouts
  • National activities (such as the 2007 Centenary celebrations)
  • International activities (like the World Jamboree in 2012).

Contact John (our Assistant Group Scout Leader-Activities) (AGSLA@wottonscoutgroup.org) for more information.
